After the Esquina, Pollen is the second venture of Michelin star Chef Jason Atherton in Singapore.
Surrounded by temperate olive trees, herbs and vegetation, Pollen is the unique restaurant housed in the Flower Dome of Gardens by the Bay.
Pollen's kitchen is helmed by executive chef Colin Buchan, formerly from Marco Pierre White's L'Escargot and Gordon Ramsay's York and Albany; and executive pastry chef Andres Lara, who worked at Iggy's, Noma in Denmark and elBulli in Spain.
At Pollen, expect some beautiful creations including vegetarian dishes and great classics from Atherton's flagship restaurant in London, Pollen Street Social.
Gourmet Set Lunch Menu is available daily from 12-2.30pm at S$55++ while the Dinner Tasting Menu is at S$190++.
Pollen Afternoon Tea is open between 3-5pm and serves up a selection of savoury and sweet delights with fine teas while the Terrace Menu offers daily from 12- 9pm, an all-day menu featuring gourmet snacks, savoury bites and bespoke cockails.
