Directions to Le Bistrot du Sommelier
Foie Gras Terrine, Artichoke, Baked Snails, Frog Legs but also Beef in several styles, these are some of the specialities of Le Bistrot du Sommelier, embellished by its Chef Patrick Heuberger. Located in the Civic District, this wine centric bistro offers a fine selection of over 400 labels of wines drastically chosen by Max Fedkiw, the Sommelier and co-owner of the restaurant. In a modern yet warm interior design, combining the welcoming charm of a shophouse with some French features, the large restaurant offers indoor and outdoor dining areas on the ground floor and a unique Rillette Bar on the first floor. Rillette is a spread of meat comparable to pâté, where the meat is chopped, cooked and shredded to form a paste to be savoured with some baguette. At the Bistrot du Sommelier, you'll enjoy it with some sweet gherkin, warm crunchy baguette and of course some wine.
