Executive Chef Tadashi-san startede på Kaiseki Komuro-restauranten under vejledningen af den kendte Kaiseki-mesterkok, Mitsihiro Komuro. I 2004 krydsede chef Tadashi kloden for at arbejde på Michelin-stjernede Umu-restaurant, Nobu i London og Australien.
