Hashi Japanese Restaurant resides in the 1st level in a heritage conservation shophouse in Chinatown, below the famed OSO Ristorante. Executive Chef Tadashi-san began at Kaiseki Komuro restaurant, under the tutelage of renowned Kaiseki masterchef, Mitsihiro Komuro. In 2004, Chef Tadashi crossed the globe to work at Michelin-starred Umu restaurant, Nobu in London and Australia.
