Founded in 1998 by Toby Smith, Toby's Estate is a gourmet coffee chain based in Australia that also roasts, retails, sells wholesale and conducts training. Toby's Estate Singapore is the first branch outside of Australia. Coffee lovers come from all over to Singapore to visit Toby's now nestled in Robertson Quay.
Situated right at the end of Robertson Quay, there is a good mix of locals and expatriates relaxing either outside in a small al fresco area by the Singapore River, or indoors on large communal tables. Brunch can consist of a big breakfast, eggs benedict/royale, or a prosciutto Panini.
