Blue Bali

Bali is one of the all-time favourite getaway destinations in the world. So it's great that we get to have that relaxing Bali-holiday atmosphere now right here in Singapore.

The Blue Bali is one of the very rare garden restaurants /bar concepts in Singapore. Located in a charming black and white colonial house it is nestled right in the heart of the Singapore Botanic Garden yet is hidden and completely off the beaten path.

Open only for dinner from Tuesday to Sunday, the restaurant is set in an enchanting Bali-themed courtyard garden offering daybeds in traditional Javanese Joglo house, some of which are standing above water. The green surroundings with views of the Botanic Gardens, the Bali-inspired music and the sounds of frogs together with the discreet service give the feeling of a private garden-villa dinner right in Bali. So take your shoes off, lean back and unwind.

The menu however is a surprising blend of Balinese, Indonesian, Thai and Western cuisine, much to the delight of many regulars who come not only for the relaxed atmosphere but also for the wide choice of dishes.

Another surprise is the house-brewed beer available in exotic flavours such as Lemongras, Red Dragonfruit and Ginge, giving the wheat beers, ales and lagers a refreshing twist. Certainly, the flavours are uncommon for beer, yet we quite like them and each has its own, different appeal. So go ahead and try it.

You can also have a look at the brewery itself, located at the entrance of the restaurant. It is Singapore's first and only nano-brewery and two huge hand-carved wooden crocodiles on the wall seem to watch over the secret beer recipes. The brew master likes to try out new tastes, experimenting with spices and ingredients aiming to brew at least 50 different beer styles each year. So expect new brews every time you visit!

Event-Facilities:

The Balinese Garden can accommodate up to 200 people seated. It is perfect for private functions such as anniversaries, weddings or renewal of vows.

The indoor seminar room and banquet area is located on the second floor and can host up to 200 guests for both private and corporate events such as meetings, presentations, networking events and product launches.
