Mezza9 was designed by internationally acclaimed designer, Super Potato from Japan. As its name suggests, the Mezza9 restaurant is located on the mezzanine level of Grand Hyatt hotel and showcases nine unique dining concepts in a large contemporary environment.
Feast on delicious International and Asian cuisine at Mezza9! Design your own menu with dishes from your favourite cuisine- Western grill & rotisserie, traditional Japanese sushi, sashimi and yakitori, European deli, Thai deli & crustacean bar, desserts. There's also a walk-in wine cellar, a gourmet boutique and a martini & cigar bar.
Two-course Set Lunch: S$ 29++, Three-course Set Lunch: S$39++.
Come again on sundays from 11.30am to 3pm for their stylish brunch with Free-flowing fruit juices and soft drinks at S$118++ per adult and S$69 per child (7-12yrs old).
But if you're an enthousiast of champagne, choose the Free-flowing Perrier Jouët Grand Brut champagne, premium red and white wines, beers, mojitos and bloody marys at S$138++ per adult or S$288++ with the Perrier-Jouët 'Belle Epoque' champagne.
