Important Information

  • Once payment is successfully processed, orders are considered final, and no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted.
  • The SIM card must be redeemed within four months from the date of purchase.
  • It is mandatory to register the SIM card, and activation must occur within seven days from the date of collection. Failure to activate within this period will result in the SIM card becoming invalid.
  • Individuals redeeming the SIM card must be at least 15 years old.
  • Non-Singaporeans must present their original physical passport, while Singapore citizens must present their NRIC during the redemption process.
