The whole experience starts at the concierge on the 4th floor, where an elegant hostess will show you the way. This nice touch, the minimalist black and blue sky design of the lift hall, the smooth music that will keep you company and the glooming led showing your progression to the 55th floor, all these subtle details will make you feel exclusive. 218m higher, you'll reach the elegant and fashionable restaurant Salt grill, the first establishment of Chef Luke Mangan in Singapore: Ravishing interior design with gorgeous scarlet red chandeliers and splendid floor-to-ceiling windows. Just to make sure that you'll whet your appetite, you'll be welcomed by the light and tempting smell of Truffle Oil and Parmesan French Fries ready to tickle your nose and make you salivate. What a sweet torture for all five senses! Luckily, soon enough the attentive and friendly staff will lead you to your reserved table.
Even though Modern Australian cuisine often involves the mixing of exotic flavours, at Salt Grill you will experience this method at its best. Here are some of our favourites: Sashimi, Ginger, Eschallot and Goats Feta; 'Glass' Sydney Crab Omelette, Miso Mustard Broth; Barramundi, Burnt Butter, Capers, Tomato and Basil; Lamb Rack Maori Lakes NZ.
