Open Door Policy is the restaurant that set up a trendy vibe to Tiong Bahru. Celebrity chef Ryan Clift from the Tippling Club created an attractive menu using only the freshest and best ingredients available. This includes the delicious Watercress Soup and the 48 hour Braised Beef Cheek. ODP's bistro fare is served in a long, communal dining space from where you can watch all the kitchen's action.
Their 5 course tasting menu is at S$68++. If you wish to share among friends, they can feed you for S$51++ per person. Else choose their 3-course Set Luch Menu at S$35++ available only during the week.
ODP also serves brunch on weekends with some highlights such as their Eggs Benedict, that comes with a curried hollandaise sauce.
Pop in at night for a meal or a drink. They offer a rock-solid mix of classic cocktails and unique boutique wines at their bar which opens until 12 midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
