Sambal Stingrays are some of the best ones at Lucy BBQ Seafood (Stall 5/6); For tender and juicy chicken wings, choose Chong Pang Huat (Stall 5/6). For Fried Carrot Cake with or without soy sauce and Oyster Omelette, head to Ang Sa Lee Fried Oyster (Stall 33), while Hokkien Mee can be found at Ah Hock Fried Hokkien Noodle (stall 27) and Chia Keng (previously Che Jian) Fried Hokkien Mee for the traditonal version. And don't forget to order a refreshing Sugarcane Juice served in huge mugs at stall 26.
