Located in the charming Holland Village, 2am:dessertbar is the fabulous testing and tasting ground of Chef Janice Wong, who learned from the bests - Chefs pastry or chocolatier American Thomas Keller and Grant Archatz, as well as Spanish Oriol Balaguer and French Pierre Hermé.
Whether classic or comtemporary, be tempted by some peerless creations of sponge, parfaits, sorbets, mousse, meringue, foam, and even marshmallow, making all your sweetest dreams come true.
Each dessert is available between S$15++ and S$19++ and is recommended with some wine pairing between S$17++ and S$23++.
The menu features a short offering of savoury dishes and all the usual range of coffee to savour with your sweet.
