Make your way to a covered market called a 'hawker center,' where you'll sample the variety of foods on offer and learn what makes these dishes so popular. Your guide will select the best bites for you to try, including chicken rice. Then visit the lovely Buddha Tooth Relic Temple before turning onto the food street to taste local dishes like fried carrot cake, Indian prata paired with curry sauce, and Singapore fried prawn noodles served with a can of Singapore Tiger Beer.
