Nestled in the leafy surrounds of Dempsey hill, The Disgruntled Chef has created an intimate and refined vibe to reflect the simplicity and elegance of its cuisine. Using natural pure flavours, the cuisine at The Disgruntled Chef is a fusion between modern Mediterranean dishes and Asian ones. Curried Mussels and Baked Bone Marrow are some of the most popular dishes and are served as soon as they are prepared.The Brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays and can be enjoyed indoor or more casually outside amidst the lush greenary.

The Disgruntled Chef also offers some refined home catering services for 10 to 20 guests. Chef Daniel Sia, Sommelier Shireen Sheikh and some friendly Butler staff will ensure your diner will be a success while you can relax and enjoy the company of your guests in the comfort of your home.
