In its décor, which was envisioned by famous Japanese designer Yasuhiro Koichi, The Cliff features cascading water elements, a split-level platform built over lush jungle and a show kitchen that sets new standards in the culinary arts. The Cliff classic dishes include the Torchon of Foie Gras, Pan­fried U.S Prime Tenderloin, Sake Steam Red Grouper, Duo of Iberico Pork and an attractive selection of oysters.
