Set in the exquisite Sentosa Singapore Beaufort Hotel, award-winning The Cliff offers for connoisseurs of palatable cuisine, an idyllic al fresco setting with breathtaking vista of the South China Sea. In its décor, which was envisioned by famous Japanese designer Yasuhiro Koichi, The Cliff features cascading water elements, a split-level platform built over lush jungle and a show kitchen that sets new standards in the culinary arts. The Cliff classic dishes include the Torchon of Foie Gras, Pan­fried U.S Prime Tenderloin, Sake Steam Red Grouper, Duo of Iberico Pork and an attractive selection of oysters.

The 4-course Menu is at S$148 and The Cliff Degustation Menu is at S$268++.
