Located below the famous rooftop 1-Altitude Gallery and Bar, Stellar at 1-Altitude offers modern Europen cuisine using artisanal methods of preparation. Stellar's kitchen is a culinary workshop where the highest degree of attention is paid to sourcing the best seasonal produce and refining recipes, allowing ingredients to speak for themselves.

Diners can mix and match food items from the vast menu which includes tasting portions. The focal point is a multi-concept open kitchen where guests are presented with a dazzling display of variety not so much as to impress, as to satisfy appetites.

Stellar at 1-Altitude's Gastronomic Menu has up to 19 items for either a four, five or six-course tasting menu.
The mix and match menu also features a dessert experience, which offers diners a choice of sweets and 'dessert art,' where the pastry chef comes to the table to prepare whichever sweet you fancy.
