Chef André Chiang's career spans some of the world's top French restaurants, including Michelin-star and renown masters of French Nouvelle Cuisine Pierre Gagnaire, L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, L'Astrance, La Maison Troisgros, Le Jardin des Sens. In 2014 Restaurant Andre was ranked #37 in the San Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants list and #6 at the San Pellegrino Asia's 50 Best Restaurants.
Expect only exquisite and refined cuisine from the kitchen of this intimate three-storey shop house situated in Bukit Pasoh Road. Here and for no more than 30 guests, Chef André combines Mediterranean accents and French techniques, influenced by the three generations of masters in 'French Nouvelle Cuisine', his eight creations of gourmet experiences: Octa-philosophy™ -Unique, Texture, Memory, Pure, Terroir, Salt, South and Artisan-, and the inspiration he draws from the selection of seasonal fresh produce.
