Pontini is an elegant Italian restaurant located on level 2 of Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel. The restaurant prides itself on using fresh, premium, organic and eco sustainable ingredients imported from Europe such as Iranian caviar, European sea bream, and French pigeon. Helmed by Head Chef Daniele Sarno, the restaurant offers traditional Italian cuisine with a modern twist. For more exclusive dining at Pontini, there are four distinctively elegant private dining rooms - Veranda I, II, III and IV as well as a charming little glass enclave wine cellar within the restaurant that is perfect for a romantic and intimate dining experience. Overlooking the historic Singapore River, each room is furnished with timeless and understated Italian designs.
