La Cantine

La Cantine brings to Singapore a fresh and creative interpretation of the traditional 'French brasserie'. Instead, La Cantine radiates the warmth of a stylish brasserie for which 3-Michelin Star Chef Bruno Ménard redefines classic French favourites with a subtle twist.
Some highlights include the 'Cevennes Onion Soup On A 'Foie Gras Royal', the 'Soya Scented Steamed Scottish Salmon', the 'Caramelized Pork Belly'  and as a dessert the traditional 'Baba Au Rhum', the Caramel Hot Lava Cake or the Warm Chocolate Macaroon Vanilla sorbet.
