Some highlights include the 'Cevennes Onion Soup On A 'Foie Gras Royal', the 'Soya Scented Steamed Scottish Salmon', the 'Caramelized Pork Belly' and as a dessert the traditional 'Baba Au Rhum', the Caramel Hot Lava Cake or the Warm Chocolate Macaroon Vanilla sorbet.
