Directions to GEN Sushi
Gen Sushi is located in this nest of good Japanese restaurants found on Mohammed Sultan Road. it welcomes diners in a large and modern space, where walls are beautifully adorned with Japanese inspired murals created by Mural Art Singapore. As its name suggests, the eatery focuses on the art of making sushi but also offers sashimi, yaki and hot pot dishes known as nabe. You can order food through your Ipad menus a la carte or in the Omakase style, for which the selection is left to the chef. At Gen Sushi, the dining experience begins with some excitement for the eyes as Chef Roy puts a particular emphasis on the presentation and the aesthetic of the dish. And when it comes to tasting, you won't be disappointed as the freshness of the fish and other seafood is particularly remarquable.
