Located on the 2nd floor of One Fullerton near the Merlion Park, Forlino attracts for its outstanding view of Marina Bay and delicious Italian cuisine. Under the helm of Japanese Chef Kentaro Torii, dishes are prepared with quality ingredients and always in generous portions. Some star dishes include 'Stracciatella Cheese with Heirloom Mosaic, Anchovies, & Tomato Sorbet', the 'Spaghetti 'alla Chitarra' with Boston lobster', the 'Risotto with Soft Shell Crab & Squid Ink' and the 'Roasted Quail with Foie Gras, Pancetta & Truffle Sauce'. To pair with the delicious nourishment having some Italian wine is compulsory such as Barbera d'Asti, Libera, 2007, Piemonte', 'Chardonnay Le Bruniche, Nozzole, 2010, Toscana' and 'Cepparello, Isole e Olena, 2007, Toscana'.
