Shermay's Cooking School

At her studio in the heart of Holland Village and professionally equipped by De Dietrich, Chef-Owner Shermay Lee teams up with experienced local Chefs such as Audrey Tan, Jackie Tay and Patrick (Heuberger) to offer an extensive choice of attractive cooking classes. This includes Straits Chinese, Japanese, French, Italian cuisines but also the art of preparing bread and pastry.

Available upon two formats, students at Shermay's Cooking School can either attend a step-by-step cooking demonstration by the chef or a hands-on cooking class supervised by the chef. Both formats include a food tasting and/or take-home box.

The place also features a retail shop, where you'll find some Asian condiments and gourmets ingredients as well as some cookware, glassware and kitchen appliances.
