• Please make your booking at least 24 hours before your travel. For bookings made within 24 hours of the service time, we will do our best to arrange a vehicle, but availability cannot be guaranteed. We recommend booking early to ensure service confirmation.
• This transfer service is only available for properties in Singapore City (including Nanyang District and Sentosa)
• For Arrivals, a charge occurs for waiting time exceeding 60 mins: 15 SGD/30mins (Under 4 Pax) or 30 SGD/30mins (4 Pax to 7 Pax)
• For Departures, a charge occurs for waiting time exceeding 30 mins: 15 SGD/30mins (Under 4 Pax) or 30 SGD/30mins (4 Pax to 7 Pax)
• Please be aware that the maximum capacity is 3 Pax and 3 Bags for Comfort, 4 Pax and 4 Bags for People Carriers, and 7 Pax and 7 Bags for Minibus
