DescriptionEmbark on your tour from The Walking Singapore shop and make your first stop at Merlion Park to learn about Singapore's mythical national icon. Visit the river's oldest bridge, Cavenagh Bridge, and pass through the mail tunnel of the old Singapore Post Office. Ride through to Old Parliament House, the oldest surviving building in Singapore and learn about its uses throughout history. The tour will take a break to sample a Singaporean breakfast staple, charcoal-grilled kaya toast and teh tarik, after which you will continue through to the National Gallery. Take a ride to the South Beach Complex and enjoy a scenic walk around the Fountain of Wealth. Discover and sample unique flavored cookies like Pandan Chiffon, Chili Crab and Chicken Rice when you stop to visit the Cookie Museum. The tour will conclude at The Walking Singapore where our guides will present you with souvenirs.
