Museums
First opened in 1999 in Chinatown, the Singapore City Gallery tells the story of Singapore's physical transformation over the past 50 years.
Make time for highlights like the panoramic sights and sound show, A Day in Singapore and the Central Area Model Light and Sound Show. Or be awed by the architectural models or the various interactive and experiential exhibits in the gallery.
Some interactive activities are sure to entertain both children and adults: Light and Sound Show, A Day in Singapore, SingCity Game, A Brush with History. You'll also be amazed by the architectural models on display: Central Area, City Centre and Islandwide models.
Singapore City Gallery is also home to some 10 interesting permanent exhibits such as Conversations and Urban Design but also to some exciting temporary exhibitions and events held in the URA Atrium throughout the year.
