Description

This is the largest and most authoritative science education and interactive experiment center in Singapore. It covers physics, human body, energy, environment, aerospace, natural science, and a large number of permanent science exhibits. Under the guidance of experienced tour guides, visitors can conduct hands-on experiments, observe, understand the principles, and it is a must-visit place for students and science enthusiasts. Meet your guide and embark on a 3-hour interactive tour of the Science Centre Singapore. Follow a carefully selected route through the Centre’s exhibition galleries. Discover why light bends and changes color, how sound travels, what makes objects move, how energy is transferred, and how the human body responds to the world around it. Depending on the galleries available on the day, the route may also introduce themes such as climate, sustainability, technology, space, engineering, and the natural environment. Many interactive exhibits are entertaining at first glance, but their deeper meaning can easily be missed without explanation. Your guide will help connect each experiment with everyday life, encouraging you to make predictions, test ideas, compare results, and understand why something happens. Participate in the exhibits with your family, making this more than an educational visit for young guests. Parents can rediscover familiar scientific ideas, while children gain confidence by asking questions and seeing abstract principles become visible through real experiments. The tour moves at an engaging but comfortable pace, combining guided explanations with time to operate selected exhibits independently. Rather than trying to cover every corner of the Science Centre, the experience focuses on the displays that offer the strongest combination of interaction, scientific value, and memorable storytelling. After approximately three hours, continue exploring the remaining galleries independently, subject to the validity of your admission ticket and the Centre’s opening hours.
