The Cathay Organisation opened its first cinema in Singapore on Orchard Road in 1939 at the beautiful Art Deco building The Cathay, which was at that time Singapore's first skyscraper and first air-conditionned cinema. Today known as Cathay Cineplexes Pte Ltd it, the company delivers seemless cinematic experience in Malaysia and in 7 multiplexes thoughout Singapore. Expect here state-of-the-art technology such as digital projections, Singapore's only THX-certified halls, 3D and Platinum Movie Suites (located at The Cathay, Cineleisure Orchard and JEM).

Orchard Road: The Cathay (8 screens); Cineleisure Orchard (15 screens spread on levels 4,6 and 9).
North and West: West Mall*(6 screens); JEM (10 screens); Causeway Point* (7 screens); Ang Mo Kio Hub*.
East Coast: Downtown East* (E!hub, 6 screens).

They can also arrange for Screen Looping so that the same screening can be held in two or more Screens , depending on the number of your guests.
