Bishan Park

The 62-hectare park stretches along Kallang River and has many ponds and bridges, colourful shrubs and lush greenery. If you come early morning, you might even be lucky enough to see different birds, such as Kingfishers, Great Egrets and Herons, looking for food in the wet grass along the small river.

Kids will love this park as they can run freely around the huge grass and hill areas. There are also three playgrounds and a skate park. The outlet of a fast-food chain sits next to the river and offers a quick meal combined with a lovely view.

It’s also a wonderful place for a romantic picnic. Sit on top of one of the hills and enjoy the beauty and serenity of the waterway.
