Sakunthala's
Singapore
After an exciting day out at Little India, escape the hustle and bustle and enter the spacious Sakunthala's restaurant where you'll be treated to a glorious feast that's befitting of royalty.
Opened in 1997 by four siblings, the restaurant was named after their mother, Sakunthala, which also means 'princess' in sanskrit and it's in this spirit that guests are welcomed.
Using only the highest quality fragrant biryani rice, Sakunthala boasts the award-winning Nasi Biryani dish, voted top of its category at the Singapore Food Festival 2013. It is also the only Indian restaurant that is certified Halal. Be spoiled for choice with a wide variety in its menu, ranging from tantalising Tandoori, meats, seafood, vegetarian, Chinese crab and lobster dishes as well as its signature Fish Head Curry.
