Sabio

Sabio is an authentic Spanish tapas bar in the heart of China Town.The bar serves an extensive choice of Spanish wine, beers and spirits. This is accompanied by an attractive selection of Spanish cold and hot tapas: Calamares a la Plancha, Gambas al Pil Pil, Chorizo al Vino, Croquetas and Jamón Serrano.The menu is constantly updated with specially sourced treats made up of imported and seasonal produces. Yet, the King in this Spanish inspired joint is the Jamón Iberico Bellota. The delight, also called Cerdo Iberico or Pata Negra, takes the throne majestically on the counter, letting its refined and luscious robe be torn apart and shared among salivating customers. With its warm Spanish black-and-white ceramic design, Sabio is a great place to sit back and relax after work, with colleagues and friends alike.

On Sundays, Sabio offers an appetising brunch  at S$49.90 with free a flow of tapas and desserts, Cava and Sangria, soft drinks, juice, coffee and tea.
