このトップクラスの施設は、4つの個室に25席のテーブルが配置されており、シェフがS$400で鉄板焼きで10品のテイスティングメニューを用意しています。最初に生のシーフード - ウニやアワビなど - を始め、スカロップや牡蠣を使った“サラダ”が続きます。本当の魔法が始まるのは、個室のシェフが魚料理や肉料理を次々と調理していく段階です。しかし、最大のスターは、Marinated Botan Shrimp with Fresh Sea Urchin and Caviarです。これは一部劇場、一部料理教室です。ワインや日本酒と熟練度高いペアリングが可能です。
