The Santa Fe Tex Mex Grillは、エレガントな蒸気船であるStewords Riverboatのメインデッキ（1階）にあり、マリーナサウスピアに位置しています。上甲板（2階）は、結婚式や誕生日パーティーなどのプライベートイベントに利用できるイベントホールです。日曜日にはそこで教会の奉仕が行われています。橋のデッキ（ヘブロン）には、海のパノラマビューを楽しめる80席のカフェであるBreaking Breadを備えた屋外の飲食店があります。まさにその上には、キャプテンズホイールハウスがあり、プライベートダイニングキャビンとデッキを備えています。
