• Kindly be aware that tickets are Non-Refundable and no cancellation.
• For ladies: Please do not come to the onsen if you have having menstruation.
• For Public Onsen: Age required for adult is 16 years old above and for child is 3 to 16 years old.
• For Private Onsen, As long a child is aged 3 and above, they will be considered as 1 Pax. Entry into private onsen for infants/toddlers below 3 years old will be free of charge.
• $2/Pax penalty charges apply for every extension day after voucher expiry.
• No usage of electronic devices with cameras allowed beyond the changing room area.
