Are you a food lover looking to explore the vibrant and diverse cuisine of Singapore? Look no further than our immersive cooking classes in Singapore. It's perfect for both domestic and international tourists looking to experience the unique flavors of Singapore and learn to cook Singaporean dishes. Our professional chefs will guide you by introducing you to ingredients used in Singaporean cuisine and share tips on how to select the freshest produce. You will be guided through a hands-on cooking class and how to prepare Singaporean dishes. At Palate Sensations, each class is private with a minimum of 2 participants and customizable to your preferences. Sample Menu Starter Otak-otak Otak-otak is a grilled fish cake wrapped in banana leaves. It is made of ground mackerel fish meat mixed with tapioca starch and spices. Main Singapore Laksa Laksa is a spicy noodle soup served with thick rice noodles and prawns. The soup broth is made with a delicious rich and spicy curry coconut milk. Dessert Ondeh Ondeh Pandan flavoured balls of rice cake filled with liquid palm sugar and coated in grated coconut.

Cooking Class will start at 10AM and end by 1:00PM. Enjoy the 3 dishes you made in the class in our outdoor dining room. Receive a souvenir apron and recipes to keep.
