Important Information

• Pickup at Changi Airport is not permitted; use Expo MRT Station as the transfer point.

• Provide detailed travel information including names, contact number (WhatsApp/iMessage/Phone), flight details, pickup time and date, drop-off location, and number of passengers and luggage.
• Complete and submit the Singapore Arrival Card (MyICA) before entering Singapore and the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) before entering Malaysia.
