Pickup Point Notice
Due to recent policy changes by the Land Transport Authority (LTA), private hire drivers from both Malaysia and Singapore cannot wait or pick up passengers directly at Changi Airport. Pickup is only possible at Expo MRT Station. Passengers are advised to take a Grab/cab (SGD 10-16) or MRT (SGD 2-5) from Changi Airport to Expo MRT Station, where the driver will meet you.

Important Information
- Passengers must be picked up at Expo MRT Station, not Changi Airport
- Each passenger is allowed one carry-on bag; additional luggage requires selecting options for more passengers to ensure adequate space
- Booking details must include: passenger names, contact (WhatsApp/iMessage/phone), flight details, pickup time and date, drop-off location, number of passengers, and luggage quantity
- Passengers must complete and submit Singapore Arrival Card (MyICA) before entering Singapore and Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) before entering Malaysia
