In Singapore, there are 4 terminals and 8 arrival halls. There is no specific meet-and-greet point. Your driver is tracking the flight status on the Changi App to find out which baggage belt the luggage will arrive at. After receiving information from Changi App, he will go to the designated baggage belt in the arrival hall and will wait for you, holding a tablet with your name displayed. He will also send you a message in advance for a smoother pickup. For Airport Pickup: Please include arrival airline and flight number along with drop off Hotel or address. Also include mobile or WhatsApp number. For Hotel Pickup: Please include Flight time and requested pickup time. Also include mobile or WhatsApp number.
