Important Information

• Arrival (Terminal 1 / 2 / 3 / 4):
• Captain will wait 90 minutes after flight landing.
• After 90 minutes – No Show, guest must arrange taxi at own cost.
• For customs or immigration delay, call hotline (as per voucher).
• If you don’t see the captain, go to Information Counter for help. Departure:
• Pick-up from designated hotel at confirmed time.
• Be ready 10 minutes before pick-up.
• Driver will wait maximum 15 minutes only.
• After 15 minutes – No Show, no refund applicable.
• For any flight delay or changes, contact hotline immediately.
