In this Culinary adventure, you will not only discover the unique flavours of local cooking but also about the multi-racial culture through stories shared by the hosts who are licenced Tour Guides and experienced Chefs with a passion for cooking and local food. As part of this experience, you will visit a local wet market and learn about the local lives. Get to enjoy an iconic Singapore breakfast in a local coffeshop before returning to the studio for the immersive cooking experience. You’ll learn how to prepare local favourites such as laksa, a spicy coconut milk-based noodle soup, Ngo Hiang -5 spice minced meat roll, and sweet treats like Kueh Dadar - pandan crepe rolled with palm sugar sweetened shaved coconut. Immerse yourself to a wholesome Culinary Experience with not only your stomach full but an enriching experience with lots of stories and information about Singapore!
