As part of this experience, you will visit a local wet market and learn about the local lives. Get to enjoy an iconic Singapore breakfast in a local coffeshop before returning to the studio for the immersive cooking experience. You’ll learn how to prepare local favourites such as laksa, a spicy coconut milk-based noodle soup, Ngo Hiang -5 spice minced meat roll, and sweet treats like Kueh Dadar - pandan crepe rolled with palm sugar sweetened shaved coconut. Immerse yourself to a wholesome Culinary Experience with not only your stomach full but an enriching experience with lots of stories and information about Singapore!

Bottled water Local Market Tour with Licensed Guide & Chef All Ingredients & equipment required for cooking experience Note: The local market is closed for renovations from 15th September to 14th December 2023 and the market visit will be replaced with a neighbourhood tour instead. This short walking tour will take you around an authentic Singapore neighbourhood to see the daily life of the locals, such as our public housing and local coffee shops.
