• Pickup or drop-off locations in Jurong and Woodlands incur an additional SGD 20 charge per vehicle, payable to the driver

Important Information

• Each traveler may bring 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excess luggage (golf bags, surfboards, bicycles, etc.) incur a SGD 15 surcharge per item. Notify in advance to arrange a larger vehicle.
• The driver will wait at the exit gate closest to your luggage belt, holding a sign with your name. If you cannot locate your driver, proceed to the information counter.
• An additional SGD 10 fee applies for multiple pick-up or drop-off stops, payable in cash directly to the driver.
• Flight arrival delays past midnight will incur a SGD 10 surcharge, payable directly to the driver.
• Pickup or drop-off locations in Jurong and Woodlands will incur an additional SGD 20 per vehicle, payable directly to the driver.
