- Each passenger is allowed one carry-on bag. Select options based on luggage size and passenger count for proper vehicle allocation:
- 4 passengers with 4 carry-ons or 20' luggage: choose 3-4 passenger option
- 4 passengers with 4 pieces of 28' luggage: choose 5-6 passenger option
- Provide travel details including name, WhatsApp/iMessage/phone number, flight details, pick-up time and date, drop-off point, and number of passengers plus luggage.
- Complete and submit MyICA (Singapore Arrival Card) before entering Singapore and MDAC (Malaysia Digital Arrival Card) before entering Malaysia.
