Important Information
- A minimum of 8 passengers is required for this cruise. In the event that the minimum of 8 people is not met, the activity provider will cancel your bookings 48 hours before your sail date. You will be notified by email
- Guests will need to show their e-ticket with QR code or any redeemed physical tickets for verification before proceeding to Sentosa Cove for scheduled departure
- Children under the age of 3 will require a child ticket and an indemnity form will need to be signed by the parent/guardian
- Bookings cannot be postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled except in the event of inclement weather
- No refunds or credits will be issued if you do not show up
- Celebrations of birthdays, marriage proposals, or any other kind of events are not allowed
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed
- The activity provider will not call to check on your arrival time
