One of Singapore's premier venues for the performing arts, the Victoria Theatre is located in the heart of the Civic District near the ACM and Arts House. Established in 1862, the newly refurbished national monument, which has preserved its old world charm, offers state-of-the art facilities such as improved acoustics, music and dance/theatre rehearsal rooms and Food & Beverage outlets.
The entire compound spans 13,800 sq m, the equivalent of two Olympic soccer fields and has a capacity of 614 seats for Victoria Theatre and 673 seats for Victoria Concert Hall.
The re-opening of Victoria Theatre and Victoria Concert Hall is scheduled in August 2014 and will be fully operational in October 2014. Open for booking since April 2014.
